LIFETIME ACCIDENT/LOST/STOLEN GUARANTEE 

Parties:

JustYourPup.com shall hereafter be referred to as the "Seller." The original purchasing party, and solely the original purchasing party, shall hereinafter be referred to as the "Buyer".

First 72 Hours:

1. Buyer must have puppy taken to the vet within the first 72 hours for a health exam. If vet finds the puppy to be in unfit health buyer must return the puppy within 24 hours with vet documentation and registration paperwork. Seller shall replace the puppy with another puppy of equal value as soon as one is available.

2. In order to maintain the limited guarantees outlined herein, the Buyer must have all annual immunizations done by a dully licensed veterinarian. The Buyer is responsible for all costs from this day forward.

Death of Pet Due to Accident/ Pet Lost or Stolen:

3. In the event of the death of the pet due to accident/ pet lost or stolen for the LIFETIME of the puppy, the Seller will issue a JustYourPup.com credit in the amount of 50% of the original purchase price toward the purchase price of a replacement pet of equivalent value good for 60 days from date of death.

4. In the event of the death of the pet due to accident, a death certificate from a licensed veterinarian must be presented to the Seller within (48) hours of the accident.

5. In the event that the pet is lost or stolen, the Buyer must advertise the lost pet in a major local newspaper for a period of one week starting twenty four (24) hours after the loss. In addition, the buyer must notify the Humane Society and Animal Control of the loss. The Buyer must present the Seller with copies of: the advertisement, and paid advertisement bill in order to receive this guarantee.

6. The value of the pet for the purpose of this guarantee is solely the original purchase price and does not include additional prices declared by the Buyer, such as a show dog, etc. Seller sells pets for companionship only.

Supplements:

7. In order for this agreement to stand, your new puppy must be given NuVet wafers (a supplement) daily. MUST ORDER WITHIN 3 DAYS. You may order by calling 1-800-474-7044 or visiting www.nuvet.com. Your key code is 80400. These wafers must be given daily for the life of the dog or this guarantee is void. 

Fees:

8. In the event that any aspect of this agreement is contested, the Seller is entitled to reimbursement to all costs and fees in defending that you have received such a certificate.

9. The Provisions of the Warranty shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws and statues of the State of Texas. The venue for any litigation concerning this warranty will be limited to Bexar County, Texas under a non-jury proceeding.

Limitations of Guarantee:

10. This guarantee is non-transferable. In the event that JustYourPup.com discontinues business or is sold, this guarantee is null and/or void. The dog must be in good physical condition. No replacement will be given if the female has been bred. No replacement will be given if breeds that are known to be acceptable to hip dysphasia are over weight or over exercised. All of the above mentioned conditions must be met or all guarantees above are void. All laboratory verification must be done by a licensed vet. The Buyer is responsible for all costs from this day forward. Seller is not responsible for any and all veterinarian expenses accumulated on replaced or returned dog or puppy. Sellers sells pets for companion purposes only. No cash refunds. JustYourPup.com credit only.

11. Agreement represents the total agreement between JustYourPup.com and the buyer and no other terms or conditions shall be valid to this sale.
